'Circle of Care' 
full brand campaign

Project Overview

Created a marketing campaign for Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) titled "Circle of Care." This campaign emphasizes CVHHH's pivotal role in patient care, symbolized by the purple circle in all creative materials. The campaign highlights the benefits of home care for both providers and patients, showcasing CVHHH as the core of compassionate, personalized care.

Objective

The primary goals were to increase awareness of home health care services, boost recruitment efforts for CVHHH, and educate on the benefits of working in at-home care.

Concept

Developed marketing materials featuring a circle graphic to symbolize CVHHH's central role in patient care. Real therapists, aides, and nurses from CVHHH participated in interviews, sharing their experiences and the positive impact of their work. These interviews were shared across various platforms to personalize and humanize the campaign, making a strong emotional connection with the audience.

Results

The campaign resulted in a significant increase in applications and talent acquisition, and it tripled the CVHHH website visits YoY for three consecutive years.

Onsite Art Direction

Worked closely with the video agency to ensure the creative vision aligned with CVHHH’s core message of compassionate care. I provided on-site guidance to capture authentic and engaging footage that resonated with potential customers and healthcare workers.

Storyboarding

Scrubbed through all interview footage to identify the best shots and segments. I created a compelling narrative, planning how to intersperse b-roll footage throughout the interviews to maintain viewer engagement and highlight the dynamic environment at CVHHH.

Video Editing

Used Premiere Pro to bring the storyboard to life, seamlessly integrating the best interview segments with b-roll footage. This process ensured a cohesive and engaging final product that effectively communicated the benefits of working at CVHHH.

Motion Graphics

Utilized Adobe After Effects to add visual overlays, including on-screen titles, supporting elements, and other enhancements to ensure the videos were visually appealing and informative. These elements helped to reinforce key messages and maintain a professional and polished look.
